Unlike some cupcakes which are decorated perfectly but the taste is not prioritize, we provide cakes good enough to eat on its own! Surprising but true! Procedures of ordering-
- Email us with your order at least 3 days in advance.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us.
- Payment is by Internet Banking, ATM transfer, and COD.
Delivery Method & Charges
- Pick up point - Marine Parade
- Postage - (For non fragile cookies only)
- Door-to-door - If you want us to deliver, a delivery fee of $10-$15 is applicable for orders less than $200.
Cancellation of Orders-
- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Exchange & Refunds -
- All our products are guaranteed to arrive fresh. If you or the person receiving are not 100% satisfied with the quality, we will have your order replaced or provide a full refund.
*A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of order.
